Credit: Sam Taylor-WoodElton John was forced to cancel his scheduled concert in Geneva, Switzerland, on Wednesday because of an infection in his vocal cords. The illness prompted the pop-rock legend’s doctor to ban him from singing or speaking.
Unfortunately for John’s Swiss fans, his busy 2015 itinerary means he won’t be able to reschedule the show. Ticket holders can get a refund at the point of purchase.
Elton’s next concert is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, in Colwyn Bay, U.K. John doesn’t have another U.S. show lined up until an August 8 performance in Stateline, Nevada.
