Steely Dan Announces US Tour Including Shows with Steve Winwood in June and July

Credit: Danny ClinchSteely Dan has announced plans for a new U.S. trek titled “The Dan Who Knew Too Much” tour that will feature a series of April headlining shows, followed by a run of June and July dates that will include ex-Traffic frontman Steve Winwood as the band’s special guest.

The April concerts get underway with an April 18-19 stand in Port Chester, New York, and wind down with an April 30 performance in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Among those shows also is a previously announced appearance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on April 22.

Winwood’s stint with Steely Dan starts with a June 7 concert in Cincinnati, and is mapped out through a July 13 show in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Dan and Winwood previously toured together in New Zealand and Australia back in 2011.

Tickets for many of the shows go on sale to the general public starting this Friday, February 26.
