Credit: Django CrosbyGraham Nash recently announced plans to head out on a solo tour early next year, and now his longtime partner in harmony and Crosby, Stills & Nash band mate David Crosby has scheduled his own solo trek in 2016. Crosby’s outing will visit a variety of intimate West Coast venues, and will run from a March 5 show in Costa Mesa, California, through a March 26 concert in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The tour, which will feature the folk-rock legend accompanying himself on acoustic guitar, also will include stops in Portland, Oregon; Seattle and Spokane, Washington; Victoria, Canada; San Diego; and Scottsdale, Arizona; as well as a March 9-10 stand in Berkeley, California. The shows will feature David performing songs from his solo albums, including his latest studio effort, 2014’s Croz, as well as from CSN, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and from his old band The Byrds.
“This is about the songs. The tale telling,” says Crosby about the upcoming performances. “Taking you on a voyage to my world for a moment.”
