
Credit: Nels IsraelsonJackson Browne has announced his first tour dates of 2016, a series of solo acoustic shows that will stop at a variety of East Coast venues in January. The new run of shows kicks off on January 8 in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is plotted out through a January 25 gig in Englewood, New Jersey.
Among the other cities that the singer/songwriter is scheduled to visit in January are Columbia, South Carolina; Savannah, Georgia; Gainesville and Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Asheville, North Carolina; and Richmond, Virginia. Tickets for the newly added dates will go on sale soon.
Meanwhile, Browne has more than 20 concerts remaining on his 2015 tour itinerary, which runs from a show tonight in Birmingham, Alabama, through a November 23 performance in Sioux City, Iowa. He continues to promote his 2014 studio album Standing in the Breach.
