Concert Promoters Live Nation And AEG Suspend All Touring For March Due To Coronavirus Pandemic

Two of the world’s biggest concert promoters, Live Nation Entertainment and AEG Presents, have suspended all current tours through March amid fears over the coronavirus pandemic.

Live Nation represents a high-profile stable of touring artists that includes Billy Joel, Foreigner, Judas Priest, the Doobie Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, Primus, Black Crowes, Megadeth, and, Dave Matthews Band, amongst others.

AEG’s roster includes the Rolling Stones, Elton John, the Who, Bon Jovi, Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, Whitesnake and more.

The coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on the concert industry. Pearl Jam, Green Day, Whitesnake and other artists have already postponed entire tours.
